Fall Baseball Development Practice Program

This small group pitching, fielding, and hitting practices will give the Game Ready staff the ability to break down each individual player's mechanics and analyze them through slow speed video and Hittrax technology. Hittrax gives the player instant feedback and a visual of where and how well he hit the ball. This type of technology helps maximize performance through an engaging and competitive experience. Frame by frame video analysis will also be used during fielding and pitching stations. Slow speed video is a key tool for teaching students quickly and accurately. We will also teach players specific drills they can use to cater to their own individual swing and pitching motion that are crucial in their personal development. These drills will give the player something to take home and work on outside of class.

 

Who: This class is for 3rd - 8th graders looking to work on pitching, fielding, and hitting mechanics. (working groups will be divided up into 3rd/4th; 5th/6th; 7th/8th)

 

Schedule:

Monday 5:00 - 6:30 (3rd - 6th) 

Monday 6:30 - 8:00 (7th and 8th)
